Who We Are
Imagine is a part of the Northpoint family of treatment centers. Northpoint’s success in treating mental health conditions has contributed to Imagine’s expertise in helping teens and their families heal.
Imagine began because we recognized the need for teen mental health support in our communities. Stress, academic pressures, trauma, and other factors have contributed to teen mental health disorders like anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
Our centers, located in Idaho, Colorado, and Washington, provide evidence-based care designed to help teens develop the healthy coping skills and strategies they need to manage the symptoms of mental health disorders and reach their goals.
A trauma-informed approach is central to what we do. At Imagine, we work to get to the root of mental health disorders through therapy and counseling. Trauma therapy can help teens work through past experiences in a safe, supportive environment. Imagine centers are not hospital settings. We’ve worked hard to build centers that are welcoming and comfortable so the teens in our care can focus on healing.
Healthy and happy is completely attainable. At Imagine, we want to support the teens and families in our communities as they begin the journey to recovery. When you reach out to our team, we’ll help you access the care you need.
We are all here for the same reason…to provide quality care to those seeking help. It has always been the top priority of Northpoint since I have been employed here, which is why I stick around. Saving lives and restoring relationships is embedded in our work, that means a great deal to me, and I know it does to the teams I get to work alongside as well.
Adolescent Mental Health Treatment
The need for mental health services for adolescents ages 12-17 has grown both in Idaho and across the United States. In February 2020, Northpoint opened its first Imagine location in Nampa, Idaho to serve adolescents who need an intensive level of care yet do not require inpatient care. Our Boise location is designed to serve Idaho residents and their families on the journey to recovery.
We offer a wide variety of therapies and services to help the teens in our programs heal. Our integrated approach to treatment means that we don’t only address the symptoms of mental health disorders or behavioral conditions, but also the root causes.
Our passion stems from our people: both those we serve and those that work with us. We value diversity and believe that different backgrounds, ideas, and perspectives are what make us stronger and more capable of helping our clients change their lives for the better. Many of our employees are currently in recovery, so when we say to our clients “we know how you feel,” we actually do.
